Right click on image and see it's location. You need to replace that image with your forum logo. Create logo image and rename it as "logo_phpBB.gif" and then put it in the "http://www.peoplepowerforum.com/phpBB2/templates/subSilver/images/"
Please, remember instead of subsilver there may be another name of the theme you are using.
You have nice forum and good success with many members and posts. You need to change theme to more professional one.

I would take care of using phpBB as you may see alot of robot signups and posting. There can be alot of unwanted spam happening on your forums if you are not careful. If you have not got any mods, then get some mods so that the signup process needs more security. The image verification thing alone will not be good enough as robots still get through it.

Remove the blue background, the default is much better.

I think that you should change the theme of your site.
