Penguin Has Affected Our Site - Pls Help Us?

Hi Friends,

We are in 1st page for all keywords in Google. Our site name is web design los angeles. From April 20th our site is removed from Google and not seen any keywords.

I asked wit my friends and the said that it was new update made by Google names Penguin Update and many of them lost their sites.

Dear friends please give us some useful tips to get back our keywords. What are the works to follow.
