the basic mistake is Meta title tags first latter is not in capital latter and Meta description is not in sentence form just that is not well for search engine latest guide line known as Google Panda updates.

and rest of this is cool as design and content is good.

Website is prefect but on-Page optimization is not good.You add unique title and remove semi colon from title tag.
