I have started writing totally unique content with more innovative idea and with full of informative stuff in my niche and also added some interesting but useful and effective information concern to other and do regualr pinging my content or post as and when I add new.

Rest all are asusuall going on coz it also neccessary as new update is mainly concern with content only.

Google Panda Made only for Duplicate content and Adsense. Don publish duplicate content on your site & also don use your site only for adsense. DO natural link building. Post unique details for off page submission. Update your site content regularly.

I think there is no need to change old techniques of link building except one thing and that is, do not submit duplicate article or content any where, like don't submit one article on multiple directories or even on blog.

Though, I could not dig out any post panda technique or strategy but I can experience that there is lot of change in old techniques.
Now webmasters are focusing more on quality, they are leaning away from bulk submission and content scrapping.

Quality and unique contents because contents are very important for every SEO techniques. Without quality contents you can't get the quality back links and high PR. So try to write the quality, original and topic related contents.

Google Panda changed the whole scenario in SEO and the previously used strategies became obsolete and are no longer helpful in getting high search engine rankings. Now Guest Blogging and Contextual Link Building have become effective to use and are helpful in getting quality one-way permanent backlinks for your website. Links from within the content are given more importance as they are surrounded by the quality content and Google loves it and hence gives good rankings.
