can someone let me know the difference between Page Rank and Tool Bar Page Rank?

PageRank is what Google uses to determine the importance of a web page we can say it is analysis algorithm. On the other hand toolbar is about where people can find their required item easily and exactly.

There are some toolbar which collect old data, that cause in showing wrong page rank. This is major reason in difference in toolbas' page rank and actual page rank. Always use Google toolbar for better results.

Well, PageRank is a factor assigned by Google considering many factors based on our website credibility popularity etc. It is known only to Google, whereas Toolbar PageRank is also a factor assigned by Google for the user's and webmaster for the reference to value the quality of the site, but it is not the real PageRank, jus for the reference of the user's.
