Don't do each SEO work do less but be qualitative. Because competition is more every body wants to increase traffic on their site. Therefor my suggestion is do SBM regularly, commenting & Directory submission. I have also done work only & my site traffic is increased.

Beside this internet based suff I would also try classic paper commercials (like flyers, ads in local newspapers, something like that) it could give great amount of visitors.
