I would suggest you to post free classified ads on craigslist, backpage and other sites. You must create a ad according to your product and it drives a huge amount of traffic and at the same time it gives you good leads from a specific area. If you need any help, let me know.

Ya .. getting leads is the ain thing in SEO.. for that you have to get good traffic to your website.. and do PR i.e. Press Release in good sites.. because the news which you are submitting in PR sites they are appear in Google by next day... so through that you get directly leads to your sites..
