Is Qondio Worthwhile?

I was about to sign up to Qondio in order to help my SEO strategy but saw a review calling it a scam. Does anyone have any information about this site, especially in relation to its SEO value?

I made a research and I never quite sure about the goodness of the sites, My friends never use it as well so for the safety be careful before linking on that site.

I never heard about that website, but as a rule of thumb be careful about linking sites which dont have reputation .. it mite curse problems
