Default Does capital or small letters affect SERP result?

I saw this kind of problem first time. My keyword “software development India” is showing different SERP results. If I search for “software development india” then it appears at 153 in Google for perceptionsystem.com and if I search for “software development India” then it appears at 20. It means, it is showing different results for SERP.
Does capital or small letters affect SERP result? Is there anyone expert to answer this?

I think it is okay because the india word will automatically be capital, because india is a country.

I don't think that capital or small letter affects SERPs. In your example , is is target the same page . I mean to say may be on both listings , they may be showing two different pages of your site i.e. homepage and internal page.

Letters format will not affect position of website in SERP.I think it is not a case sensitive.

I think yes, When we search through the small letters and when we search through the capital letters the results are different in terms of number and quality and i observed this thing many times, and one more thing the title tags first letter we have to be write into the Capital letter.

No, this should not impact your rankings in any way.. neither positive nor negative.
May be there are other personalized ranking factors due to which your rankings are fluctuations.
Some common factors are,
- Busy data centers
- You are logged into your gmail account

For the Searching - you can make sure you always check the same way...
* Logged out of G Accounts
* Opted out of Personal Search
* Use the same computer
* Use the same browser
* Use the same Search page
* Use the same Search settings

That should help reduce the likelyhood of "bias" interfering.
