Content Management vs. CMS

As the title says, which is better? Which one will help people raise the PR of their site and drive more traffic, as well?

I think CMS would be a better choice .Google can understand abbrevations.

It depends what you are selling as to which is best and how many visitors puchase from each term.
Having said that we have google page 1 for long tail versions of both and I would say CMS is much more regularly searched than content management software or system etc

Both are same because CMS is content management system and u asking about both different. how can it possible?
