I want to know the meaning of Google Algorithm. If possible then provide me effective tutorial or any material from which I can understand it well.

Google Algorithm means how google measures PR and indexes websites, there are a lot of resources in the web just search in Google lol

Google algorithm is used for the measure PR of the site that means google gives the page rank to the sites as per their presentation ,it is used in the numbering 1 to 10 means 10,9,8,7,6, are used for the best or the good one site and 5,4,3 are for the normal site and rest for the low site page.

According to me Google algorithm is a rule which is defined by Google. If you will follow Google algorithm then only you will find your website on the web. And, this is not a consistent its a variable thing.
