Default My experience with google analytics

Hey!

Here are some of my thoughts after having using google analytics for the past few weeks.

Here are some of the things which I liked about it:
  • Gives very nice summaries of your visitors in a graphical way
  • Detailed stats on referring sites, search engine keywords used to find your sites and a map overlay of your website
  • Easy way of knowing what to tweak on your website

Here are some things which I didn't like:
  • No individual visitor stats - you can only see a summary
  • Slow to update stats (only every 2-5 hours)
  • Sometimes slow to load pages

Overall, I would recommend it. It helps my site...

AffiliateSeeking will become famous soon enough
You should be able to signup to Google Analytics via: http://www.google.com/analytics

If you use Awstats, then Analytics is much better and accurate.
