How can I optimize shoping site which contains more products?

Hi every one,

I need to optimize my online shopping site which contains more than 1000 products. How can I improve the site traffic and

also How can I make Google to crawl all my products pages.

Please any one come forward to help me....

As far as I understand, you are real newbie in seo sphere....I dont know whether you should to do seo yourself or it would be much better to hire a seo-master. If I were you I'd rather hire a webmaster who would do promotion for me more qualitatively and in shortest terms would increase my sales and while promoting he could teach me how to do seo properly. What do you think about this?

I'm agree to them and in additiona, you can join different social networking site, social bookmarking site, submit your site to different direcotries and listing site. I'm sure this will help to get traffic to your site. Good luck.

But 1000 products is not to easy optimize in search engines, he have to do lot of hard work on each product category

You can begin adding links to your website but not all of them should be pointing to your homepage. Since your site as you have mentioned is containing a lot of pages and products sections, they could act like landing pages for your portal and so, by adding links to those inner pages, after a while tens of your pages would be having decent traffic shares plus search engines ranks because incoming links with accurate anchors are the key.

if you want to optimize online shopping website than first try to do on page of all the pages and also do off page submission for that.

shopping related website should be optimize by per product page and do on page, off page both for most important link.

Nice tip, for product selling website, besides attracting traffic, you also need to make sure traffic will become orders. So if you want to optimize your website(no matter by yourself or seoer), try to optimize each page first, add tittle and alt tag for product page, check links, and make sure you got convenient paymentship. And after that, you should start your link building and other off-page optimization.
