I have an account on stumble upon but I have only idea about stumble upon. Now I want to know that how can I used it in proper way so that I can generate traffic for my site from stumble upon.

Write a blog. Blog must have your keyword linked with your web page. Post your blog related to your website and bookmark it on stumble upon and other social networks like stumble upon that can be reddit.com, twitter.com etc. bookmarking on these networks will bring traffic for your website.

In your account settings I believe you can recommend sites so you may want to try that idea. I think it may help to get traffic to your site that way.

join stumble community, add your friends list in your stumble account.. share your site information day to day.. share this message through social networking sites.. you can increase your visitors..

I have tried this but the thing i have marked is, users at stumbleupon and digg do not accept the friends request easily. What is the good reason behind this?
