Secure Community program for a chat room?
Hey guys,
A friend of mine has a chat room that consists of 100,000 registered users, and he wants to establish a secure community, with someone who can be "the responsible person" for the youth protection / cyber safety. He's looking for a certificate, or something like that, a community that may support his chat room.
The chat room has several administrators, moderators, and several teams, for example one is called "Youth Protection", which takes care of those people who want to have unauthorized cyber sex, or child molesters.
Anyone know such network, that might support us?
