The answer to your question is Backlinks and More Backlinks. Try to build backlinks from relevant and high PR sources to your site. Backlinks are considered as votes to your site, so the higher the number of backlinks, the higher will be your chances to rank high on search engines too.

So your keyword is Casualty insurance... try to search that on google... then get your top 10 competitors and check what they did to their site to be on first page of google.. You can check the backlinks, the onpage stuff and etc..

probably you can't rank for your main keyword "casualty insurance" from the beginning so you will need to make your home page title some long term keyword that include your main keyword like "casualty insurance company", ...
later when your site is strong enough you will eventually rank for that

U have to apply some technique like SEO to gat the result off page and on page ,indexing and registoring with search engine etc it is time consuming and boring task but to gat good traffivc have to do so.

Sorry i haven't read anything upper, maybe somebody has already advised you to try to work with keywords - i mean try some keyword research service, like semrush for example, it is really good i think.
