1. Hard worker
2. Have strong catching power of seo techniques
3. Have Good knowledge about Google search engines
4. Have Html Language
5. Have Link building knowledge.

I think the biggest quality an SEO worker should have is patience. Because results come with the passage of time, so one should be actually work dedicately without much panic.

I think that SEO is more about working smart than working hard. For example, someone could work super hard to get 1,000 links. Then someone else can work smart and get 10 super high quality links and they will rank higher.

I think SEO is all about working smart, of course on top of the normal that everyone knows about - content, updating, on page seo, keywords in domain, link building.
