Can someone tell me how to get you sites indexed in all search engines at the same time and rank ?

You should first consider indexing your website in Google, Bing and Yahoo as they are major ones.

The others are not that as important as you won't get any traffic from them.

first submit your website URL manually to each search engine.it will take normally 1 or 2 weeks to get indexed but there is a trick if you want to get indexed fast .just get few back links from high page rank sites and then submit your site .mostly it get indexed in few hours...about page rank? it wont happen in a day ..we should do link building from high page ranking sites.just care full about content ..use low competitive key words in the first.

You can also submit your site to different directories, joining social networking site and social bookmarking site, article submission and press release submission.

You should submit your site in every search engine at a time.Before submitting you have to do some backlink from high PR page.Remember High pr page not domain.By this way you can get your desired result.
