It refers to the tool that removes bad keywords from your keyword lists.

Of course it is a good thing for you to optimize your keyword list.

Its something like which means that it will remove the bad keywords. But never heard about anything such like that which will do it.

What bad keywords are - The ones that will be bad will not be inserted by the writer..The simple is this...
