As far as I know (webuildpages.com) tool is to check your backlinks and the anchor text used in those backlinks.

You can use Google keyword tool or Alexas website information tool as they are absolutely free. I personally prefer to use Market Samurai when searching for competition on specific keywords.

It depends on what you want to do; if you want to check competitor's back links I agree with most of the above posters that SEOQuake is easy to use and almost complete. Add to that the Alexa toolbar and Quirk. You could also check our backlinkwatch.com and seocentro.com, link diagnosis and seo spyglass.
