Getingt high PR on Google with in a few days with out following any SEO rules, known as Black Hat SEO or spamdexing, use methods such as link farms and keyword stuffing that tend to harm search engine user experience.
Search engines look for sites that employ these techniques and may remove their listings.

I suggest you to use only white hat technique.No need to learn black hat technique.

Black Hate SEO can get you high page ranks but for some time, because they dont follow Search engines and SEO ruls,,, Google can through it in spam, and the owner will loss every thing.. they do some tactics which is not visible to normal user, but visible to Google..

Always attempt to follow the legitimate ways which would result in maintaining a useful site both for your visitors as well as the search engines robots. For example, do not use the background white color of your site to add so many keywords to your pages in a hidden way because this will result in loss of ranks and your pages might be gone from Google index. Think about the way people would like to see your site and then work on its legitimate SEO tasks.

it is an unethical technique, some methods such as keyword stuffing, cloaking, doorway are used for black hat seo. when you want your website go up fast then black hat technique is used but for the short time because google considered as spam, if you want long term results you must use white hat seo

What is important to remember about Black hat SEO is that it is a temporary method, it will not work for you long so it doesnt worth your efforts.

search engines are always working on how to fight black hat seo so better yet, try to study the white hat seo

Doing black hat SEO will not help your website at all. Sure you will get high rankings in the beginning, but that won't be for long. Your ranking will drop significantly as soon as the search engines notice what you are doing. Worse than that, they might penalize you for doing so. Learn about this by reading articles on the web, that will help you a lot.
