Hi,
Plz tell me Whats the important of "do follow blogs" and why we use it for SEO. And in blogs we use link with "http" or simply with "www".

yes it true that dofollow forums bring taffic to your site.by which ur site made more populer among the peoples. and this is very important for site.

do follow blog could get more traffics to your site,and i think whether you add "http:" in your linke is ok.

Dofollow attribute is the key factor which is allowed by Google as there backlinks.

In SEO way its good to use do follow blogs, since you can get link juice. And you can get a lot of visitors wherein they want to share their opinions and at the same time to link to your site. But then you might receive lots of spam.
