The page on is more important than the page off. It decides the traffic to your sites...Page off just improves the pr of the page..Content is important.

Hi,

I think both are very important in SEO. As we know content is the king in SEO but we also not forget if we have more and more high quality back links we get good page rank also. When we are talking about content then we concentrate on SMO because in SMO content is the king. SMO is done to impress human being so for that we need to write impressive content. And in get high search engine ranking we need more and more high quality backlinks.

Thanks

Many businesses online are starting to realize the value of SEO content. So they hire SEO copywriting services firms to produce it. But, many don't get the full value out of this investment because they don't distribute it as widely as they should.

Here we'll explain why paying for - and then giving away - your SEO content is one of the best investments you can make in your website/blog.

SEO Copywriting Services: Why Article Marketing Is the Best Form of Free Online Marketing

Reputable SEO copywriting services firms routinely advise clients on the effectiveness of article marketing.

There are literally thousands of article directories online that accept SEO content for distribution. Some of the most popular are EzineArticles, Amazines, IdeaMarketers, GoArticles and FreeSticky. Want more? Just Google the phrase "article directories" and start clicking.

Why distribute SEO content - for free -- to article directories? Because website owners, newsletter publishers, newspaper outlets, bloggers and other on- and off-line publishers use this content for their publications.

The best type of content to invest in is evergreen content. For example, if you own a travel website, write about things to do in Paris in the springtime that you can do every spring; not, not a one-time concert that's going to be held on a specific date.

This way, when a web surfer searches for what to do in Paris in the springtime, your SEO article will be relevant year in and year out, which means that on and offline publishers will be more likely to publish it year in and year out.

Thanks.

To get your website on the first page, you need a lot of search engine optimisation effort. And SEO cannot exist based only on content. Although it is very important and seen as relevant by the search ranking algorithms, content needs to be supported by links as well.
Also, your website's ranking is highly dependant on the industry in which it operates. Also, it depends on how difficult the keywords you are ranking high on are.

While content is the king these days, I will try to keep a balance between content and SEO, but put it this way:
you can have a great content without seo, but you can't create great seo without content...

juanmorris, how competitive your keyword? How many monthly searches does it get? How many backlinks your main competitors have?

I believe the answer to these questions can effect answer to yours.

In the case of Content vs. Links, the verdict is simple. Both are important but content needs to come first and be useful. Links come after useful content and they need to be from relevant web sites.

There is no contest between content and links.

Both are important. Content only needs to be relevant.

And links need to be relevant to. You have to combine to two to get success.
