I have yet to see one of these sites work properly. You are better off just waiting until Google updates their PR Toolbar. I swear these sites are just checking the toolbar anyways if you ever get one to work.

I tried a tool that can predict the pr of site. But it is not useful. It said that my site would become pr 3, but now it still pr 0. I don't believe it!

For Google PageRank Prediction, I think you can use iwebtool to help you. They are accurate most of the time as per my experience.

I tried a couple of these tools and I'm not really satisfied. I think that nobody except Google can not only predict, these are just speculations...
