However, although there are a multitude of helpful methods you can use to make your site easily readable by search engine spiders, there are some techniques that can actually hurt your ranking and may even get you banned for spamming.

Session IDs will help your page if you place them in your URL, since search engines are very scheduled in their decision making. If a spider reads a session ID when it reads your site today and then a different session ID in two months, it assumes it has read two separate pages and may conclude your site is volatile.
