How to build the back link for industry

Hello everybady:

1 year ago, I am doing Link building for my industry _ plastic mold related site. I do directory submission and Social Bookmarking. But Article Submission and Press Releases is not done as we have some limitations though there are improvements in ranking but I feel we need to do something more.

Can anyone suggest me what more I can do to get more traffic and increase the page rank from PR 2 to 3 or 4
