Should it be Blog Commenting Or Forum Signatures?

Hello Forum members in here I need your opinions on this.
Between commenting on Dofollow blogs and posting in forums with Dofollow signature links, which one do you think will be able to give better quality backlinks to a site?
I personally think that forum signature will because most forums have high PR but there might be something that I'm still failing to figure out before concluding on this.
So I need you guys to also tell me what you think on this.

forum signature give you better quality backlinks but it all depends on PR of forum and blog where u want to post

i think blog comment is good, forum has a high pr,but you should check whether the page you post has a high pr, and each page of forum has so many links,but if you find a good blog, and only a little comments on the page, it is good for your link.

I think forum signature.
But it's more better if we can do both of them :-)

Hi All,

Both are good practise. But which one is better? Its quite tough to decide. I think forum posting has just an upper hand.

Blog commenting can be more fruitful if comments are done on other related blogs with a link to our site.

But I think both can bring good backlinks together.

yep I am with this one here - forum is also less spammy - nobody can punish you for putting your url in your signature...(maybe the board owners but those are bastards anyway

As for me i think forum signature is more effective than blog commenting.

it would be interested to see what kind of linking is more effectiv

Hi,

As all of guys must accept that both are useful but if some one would like to concentrate on one then he / she must check which one is bringing more related traffic for them and concentrate that only.

Any SEO tool is use to generate traffic and ROI. Just check which one is good for you.

If the blog pages (not the domain) you are doing your comments have high PR and also has dofollow links then definitely it will be much better. But if it does not, then I would much prefer doing forum signature.

the point you had stressed in favour of forum posting is that forums have high pr, but in case of commenting also you will be able to find high pr commenting blog pages, to me both are of equal importance.

I think both blog commenting and forum signatures have great value in their field. Forum posting and blog commenting have one very common thing and that they should be done very carefully and in do follow attribute.

I'm currently working at both, and I have never made any researches in this field, so it's really hard speak of it seriously, but my intuition tells me forum posting is more preferable here
