The more times your customers visit your site, the more time they will have invested in your relationship and the more they will come to trust and rely on you. The giving away of freebies in a way of a friendly contest where all your members can join. This way they will keep coming back to your site to check on their progress of the game or the latest happenings of the game you started up.

Good tips, but for tip#7, I think the newsletter would be more effective if you don't ask them to answer surveys. Offering tutorials and freebies will make them look forward to your next email.
