How to get more high quality backlinks?

Now, i know i can get backlinks from forums,blog comments,social bookmark site,article submission,etc,and i build links everyday,and i have not see my site has a good position,and i know high quality backlinks is good, but how to get it?
Anyone can tell me?

For getting high quality back links ,you need to contact the webmasters of high PR sites in same niche and ask them to place a link to your website with targeting keyword.

You could try directly approaching website owners who have sites offering high quality content within your sector.

I've found that approach can be quite productive. You might also look at where your competitors are getting links from - could you get links from the same places?

search for a high pr pages.. find these sites and ask them to link back to you or you can exchange links with them..

High quality backlinks must be the relevant backlinks .
Maybe you can try to get quality content in your web site that others want to link to .

You can also do some link exchanges. Try to find some related and high quality sites and then contact their webmasters for exchanging links.

2) Trading links and buying links.
3) Advertisement in Google or other high quality websites
4) Networking,
5) Buying sites or do sourcing sites, then links to your own web.

The factors determining website's ranking are not only high quality backlinks, but other factors, such as keywords, title, code, metas and internal links, site structure.

You can look up the high page ranked sites that are related to your niche, and find ways to secure one way back links from those site, an example would be forums like this one.

A good way to get quality back links is try to exchange links with other webmasters who own sites with simillar subject as yours.
Try to find high PR sites and ask for exchange, I think many will be interested, because back links increase their websites' PR.
