Hi, i am doing SEO of my website.But PR of my website is not improving since last 5 month.Can you suggest me what i do to get high PR.

There are following way to get back.

1-Article submission and comment posting.
2-Own blog creation and comments on blogs.
3-Participation in forums and place a link in signature.
4-Submission in book marking sites.
5-Submission in directories.
6-RSS feed submission
7-Press release submission

Forget about the PR. Just try to make a quality successful backlink building process.
High PR directories, social bookmarks, articles, relevant forums and blogs and other sites...
This will be a long and a tough road.

I think PR is important to gauge the importance of web page but many sites which are ranking high don't have good PR. You need to continue your work as there are many tactics provided here.

I want suggest you for social media optimization, relevant website PR link exchange, submit article posting and create bolg of your website wordpress and blogger after that shat comment posting...

You can hire someone to do it for you. Forum posting and blog commenting are one of the example.

Well if you really have knowledge in SEO, I think you already know how to build link, getting PR should have much more quality backlinks, like posting your link in some related w/ PR site will be your no. 1 factor, for example in a forum like this your signature will depends on your backlinks, another example is blog commenting and article submission... So good luck!

There are lots of things to do rather than thinking to raise your PR..
haven't you heard the news on google?.. they ditched out page rank and merely haven't done any changes on PR, it might be the reason why your PR isn't moving a notch..

3) Advertisement in Google or other high quality websites
4) Networking,
5) Buying sites or do sourcing sites, then links to your own web.

The factors determining website's ranking are not only high quality backlinks, but other factors, such as keywords, title, code, metas and internal links, site structure.
