Default The Best Way To Boost PR & SE Results?

I know that the biggest key to improving SE results is backlinks.

But what are the best links and are there any other ways to boost SE results and Google's PR, other than building backlinks.

I have already optimized all my web pages with 1 keyword each and I am getting pretty good traffic 30 to 50 visitors per day from the SE's, but I need a higher placement in the results to really boost my traffic.

Any ideas are welcome.

We shouldn't talk about the term "boost" for SEO and SERPs. You have to work hard to see the boost in time. Keep quality backlink building from high PR sites and highly relevant sites.

PR nowadays is not the metric of having a good backlinks, actually google has finally making its move on removing it, you could read the information on google's webmaster news about PR, so instead of using PR as a metric for getting backlinks, I highly recommend you to check the relevancy of the site and also the traffic it obtains..

I believe PR has to do with the quality of backlinks linking to your site. For example, I have a PR5 backlink and PR3 backlink linking to one of my subpages. The PR for that subpage is now PR 4. I have another subpage that is PR2 with 300+ backlinks.

Default The Role Played by pr

I think Pr based Link building is a short term planning, when we need quick boost in serp. If you are planning for long term than you have to concern domain age, relevancy, and site link popularity for link building.

I think you should be thinking about the content on your website.

Good quality content will attract users and potential advertisers. It will also encourage other webmasters to link to your site, which will pay dividends.

The relevance between your website and the page you're linking to/from determines the quality of your link.
