These are pretty good SEO tips you have posted... But, there is one thing that i don't agree with. You have said that meta-keywords and meta-description are very much imporatant. Let me tell you that Google themselves had announced in their Official Google Webmaster Central Blog that they don't give importance to meta-keywords anymore. But, yes, meta-description still have the same value as before.
