As said by Rainy, social networking is also a good and sure technique which will never fail. Networking sites are a place where you can build your own network and spread your website world wide. Sites like Twitter, facebook and myspace are the best amongst the networking sites. Now one more is added to the list and its the Yahoo's MEME.YAHOO.COM

Since most of these social networking sites are free, you should maximize them. Make sure that the profile you created will be interesting for the readers.

Also, you should make it more personalized by adding interesting articles, images, videos and even reviews of your products.

Thanks for the additional tips, hoser2. Except Twitter all the three networking sites provides you the facility to upload and share the videos, music and articles. Meme.yahoo is new but it will soon compete with the other three of them.

As concerned to vedio, we can't miss Youtube.

Make people want to watch your videos again.

This means making them funny, interesting, controversial or any combination of the three. You want people to add your video to their favourites and subscribe to your future ones. This is how most videos, except the ones that make it onto the front page, get most of their views.

Then u can make use of this to promote your site!
