Tips for getting a site indexed quickly

What have you found to be helpful in getting a site indexed quickly by the search engines? What has worked best for me is to have a lot of content pages on the site and then then link to the site from an existing blog. I also like to put the most recent blog entry on the first page of the site so the front page stays fresh.

Well i also do the same thing.I kept writing some new good quality articles and submitted my site to search engines.Then i posted many backlinks to my site in other forums and sites and i was indexed in a week.And one of my sites was indexed in two days!

Send a Sitemap to Google so it could get indexed, and on top of that, try link exchanging with relevant websites - so that when google bot crawls their website - it will come across yours aswell, and index it.

Anymore you really don't have to do much to get your site indexed quickly by Google. I had a domain that I installed Wordpress on and didn't touch for a few days while I decided what to do with it, and after 4 days it was indexed.

I just get as many backlinks as possible and usually submit a few articles to digg and places like that where the google bot goes a fair bit so increasing chances of it spotting your link

especially if the users love your content

Article submission is the best way other wise you can use bookmarking or search engine submission.

Build dofollow backlinks on frequently crawled sites, forums, blogs or directories and it will do the job as well.

No problem.

Analytics is used to measure the performance of your site. What pages are visited, bounce rates, time on site, use paths, how many conversions happen, etc.

You can use xml sitemap on google webmaster tool for getting number of pages indexed.

A tracker tool which gives you accurate report on the activity on your site, it gives you accurate data such as how many visitors visited your site what are the most visited page in your site and many more.

Google analytics gives you accurate report on the activities in your blog/site this reports includes; numbers of visitors to your site, most visited pages, keywords found in your site and many more.

You can make a sitemap and submit it to google webmaster then submit your homepage to some social bookmark.I think your site will be indexed quickly.
