Default Add keywords in titles

Will this help? Adding some keywords in the title? Or it doesn’t matter if it’s in the meta tag or title? or I should make them in both, title and meta?

Definitely use keywords in the title - from my experience, Google pays some attention to keywords in the meta-tags but not as much as it does to the keywords in the title. But most important is to have the keywords in the page content itself.

Thanks for your help, but I read that google ignores the long titles and will just note the first few words.. so the keywords in the titles are limited right?

I'm not sure what length Google pays attention to, but it should sound natural to the reader. I use the name of my sites in the title, followed by the name of the article and that seems to work quite well.

I think it's 65 or 66 characters long that Google displays on their search engine results. Out of everything on your page, the Title tag is one of the most important things where you should make sure you get it right. The reasons for this is because this is what is shown in the title of everyones listings in Google. If you don't have a good title for your listings then people may not clickthru to your site as much. You have to make it attractive to Google visitors if you want traffic.

Also the more unique you make the title tags on every page the better.

For Google - its weighed less as Google tends to give more importance on the offpage side of optimization.

For Yahoo - they are still used in the ranking process for the SERPs.

I would also suggest to make the titles and meta keywords unique for each individual page

The keywords should add in the title and the body,In the title, you can add it in the meta,at the body ,you'd better add it at the top of whole body.

Adding keywords in both titles and meta tags and you will have better chance for spiders to see your keywords and will improve your ranking.

Keywords in title and meta tags with unique meta tags for each page is the way to go, IMHO. Google likes KW in the header and in the body and if you are going to put the KW in your title ... why not put it right up front where it will be noticed?
My name is Brock.

I suggest to put the keywords in Title, Meta & Content. And yes, google shows a limited character in its search. So, try to make the title smaller and eaiser to read.
