I want to improve my site's traffic and also page rank, regarding for that can anyone help me or can any one suggest any good idea or any suggestion.

the age of your site, inbound links, traffic and content are the factors which have an effect on G' PR. Then, just have a look, each of them won't be easily get.

Get baclinks for your domain

social bookmarking

and the least but not least update your domain regularly with some unique and attractive content.

According to me, it is important to have a good content for your site that is the content should be rich and also there must be targeted keywords in it.

Also, there should be good traffic on your site, the backlinks your site is getting must be very relevant. By this way you can improve your site's PR.

no one knows.. but try to get more traffic with very low bounce rate from any resources on the internet.... SEO may help in this task....

Build high quality content and get high quality back links are important to improve PR.

For increasing traffic, I suggest you:
1) Offer free, original, and quality content on your site, content is the king, content is the most important base for large traffic
2) Advertise your website in Google or other high traffic webs, it cost you some money, but really an effective way
3) Get more external links which will bring you much traffic
4) Exchanging advertising or links which will also bring you much traffic

Bascically, there is no easy way to improve PR. The process has to be hard and time-consuming, and plus no one guarentee your results.

But u can do the follwing,
1. Directory Submission
2. Article Submission
3. Relevant Forum Posting
4. Social Bookmarking Site
5. Making a blog entry
6. Link Exchange
7. Posting Answer Site
8. Blog Commenting
9. Social Networking Site
