That just isn't true!! Google cannot read individual forum posts and decide which ones are rubbish - that's what moderators are for. Google uses machines not people to crawl the web. If a forum moderator decides that a post is spam they can delete it so that the signature link does not count. If it is not deleted the signature link will still be read by Google bots even if the posting is the worst rubbish in the world.
