i have read many pdf's but all have some different views , please if anyone know here exact statstics for the onpage seo please share here.

Hi Friend,

i think, you can use your Main targeted keywords in title tags and it should be 70 characters.

use very good description with 155 characters.

and you can use keywords density 4 to 5 % in content part.
