Help me about extend my site

Now, our boss said that use one month, we should make some keywords on the fist page on google, and each one has keyword more than 30 ,but only have two catalog, how can i do it?
Now,i just build the backlinks from forum sig,blog,and i have submit bookmarks too,but i have not enough articles to write,so what should i do?

I think that you should try the on page first.
Than doing the lot of blog submission.
Blog submission gives the quick backlink so its help you.

Yes,all of the page have indexed by search engine,blog submission?I have several blogs, just submit on these blogs and add any backlinks,after that ,my keywords will have a good position on google,right?
