Recent new unnatural link notification info issued by Google caused much confusion,Some people say that it should be ignored, some say NO.There are Two Types of Link Warnings,Original link warning message and New link warning message,Do you think we should ignore the new notifications?

Maybe unnatural links that Google mentioned is spam link.
