Important Question About OFF PAGE SEO?

Hi. My boss has given me the task to do OFF PAGE SEO of an UK based site. There are 8 keywords. He wants that at least 5 keywords out of these 8 must come on the FIRST PAGE of Google UK SERP WITHIN 2 WEEKS, when keywords rank check is done in Google with respect to the site's url. I know its very near to impossible. But still at least any idea how to do only the OFF PAGE SEO for that site so that within 2 weeks i will see the required result. I want help from all the SEO experts of the world. Please help.

I think 2 weeks is not sufficient time and with only off page it's not possible. You need to pay attention on your content first, then go for on page method and after that you can do some off page activities.

Make sure you are doing all these activities in sequence.

yeah I understand its very tough task to get rank of 5 keywords out of 8 keywords in just 2 weeks even there are also so many hard & strong guidelines of Search Engine but even you can try to get rank ! To complete this tough task you need to do quality link building or you need to use high page rank web site's. Update unique & fresh content in your blog's than you can come close to do this task in 2 weeks.

First check your targeted keywords are present in title, meta description, meta keywords, content, internal linking. That is first start off with On-page optimization then proceed with Off-page techniques as listed by Kim_Smith.

No dear there are no shortcut to gain ranking in only two week but possible if competition is very low and your site have also ranking. but caution from penguin.

yes there are rules, you can't submit your site's in a single article again and again, as it goes to black hat, you can hyperlink your site with your article about 4 times, but 4 times is also too much.

you can do directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting and link wheel. it will give you more traffic on your site and please tell me which techniques you have followed. so i can suggest you a best idea.
