What is good and bad SEO?

As per my opinion good seo using white hat seo methods.it strongly follow the rules of seo.it is most prefferable method.where as bad seo not follow the rules and get higher traffic in short time but in future it create the problems.it uses the black hat methods.

Hey.. From own my point of view.. there are good SEO when you applying your work with White hat SEO... or there are bad SEO when you applying your work with black hat SEO...
