Our ranking seems to be ok but sales extremely down

I need help.
Our ranking seems to be ok (and getting better). Our sales have been extremely down for past few months.
Why potential clients are not placing orders with us.
I know our site can use a new look, so we will be making a few changes.
Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated.

Ranking is the main fact for good and useful organic traffic for your website, but its very necessary to target related and high search keyword for your website, if your targeted keywords has low search and different from your service then good ranking is not meter for your business, but if all is well then try to target social media for increase visitor, and also analyze your service is it affordable or not, and also analyze market demand.

Firstly, you have need to check your keywords competition on Google Adwords keyword Tool and promote those keywords afterwards.
