I have keyword for my site Google ad word tool express it search volumes in thousand , and that keyword is on the 1st page and 1st positions , then there is no remarkable traffic on my site why ? is Google keyword tool result is fake ?if Google Keyword tool result is not fake then what is issue ?

Some times Google ad words keyword tool not showing best result, you should search volume of traffic on the keywords is on local or Global level.
