Dear Harry Mark, it is very easy to add the google analytic feature in any site, first of all let me know, you are using a wordpress blog, or blogger. Both have differnt methodology to activate this feature. The simple way to add it is, go to google.com/analytics and create a new account, if you have an already gmail account, you can sign in with that, and then in the left sidebar you will find an option of add new site, just add your site there, and they will give you a code to add in the footer of your site. once you will add that tracking code in your site, you will need to varify in analytics account that code is working perfectly. after verfication its done.
