Personally I've had a good run dealing with paidforumposting.com - they provide quality forum posting, content writing and blog commenting service.
you will experience great amount of traffic that will come to your site.

Your on page and offpage is responsible for penguin affect, so if your website hit by penguin then you need to remove your all unrelevant backlink and make combination both dofollow backlink and nofollow backlink, target several keywords for a webpage and relevancy must meter here.
and at on page manage your internal linking, OBL, ignore clocking, over optimization, make your site useful as user point of view not search engine point of view. Then you can get your ranking soon.

Hello

if your site is penguin affected then you have to work out very carefully. You have to remove all the unnatural links for your website and need to work out for different different key phrases. Do not try to make more links for a single keywords. In this way you are able to get the good position and traffic for your website.
