No conversions from 4 main SEO for a month...what am I doing wrong?...

Hello guys,

I'm a new affiliate, operating in an adult field.
I've been submitting ad campaigns into 4 SEO systems with around 50 keywords in each and getting around 1000 actual clicks per day from each of them, however I haven't been getting any conversions at all !

What am I doing wrong?
What are the most effective marketing nowadays?

SEO I advertised on are:

Google adwords
Microsoft Bing
Adult Search
Traffic holder

Your help is much appreciated.
