I think your browser have some problem because Google.com is opening as good as ever.
But the the result are same in Google .com and Google,co.in because Google trace your IP and show the same result.. so you can use the IP hide software.

you can use /ncr after google.com or you can set manually google.com

If Google.co.in is opened then check at the bottom you would find .com then click thus it will redirect to Google.com

when the page is redirect to google.co.in, see at right foot of the page there is a link google.com and you will go on that page....Thanks

Try Google.com/ncr. It will work. That could be temporary problem. I doubt Google will obstruct their service in the world's 2nd largest population in the world.
