Why are all of the rankings going down so much?

My website is well optimized. My all keywords were rank in top 5 but now all keywords are down. Why are all of the rankings going down so much?

Actually i did't get any massage from Google webmaster..how can i know my website is hit by penguin or not..???

There was a Panda data refresh on 19th April, 2012. You also need to check if your website was penalised by the very latest ‘Over optimization’ penalty or the even latest ‘Penguin update’.http://searchengineland.com/the-peng...al-name-119623
