i write on Google florist to florist keyword then one site show in top in 5 when i open that site so i saw this there are no title and no description and not any content,keyword on site but top in 5 from 2 month. Not any do seo work nevertheless top in 5 ,HOWany one give me suitable answer.

Keyword are good just think B2B process so....

Site might have keyword rich domain, keyword might have low or no competition, site type is one more factor.

Competitiveness of this keyword is very low... This is why an average website could easily make it to the top rankings.

I have been involved in B2B process and as far as I know, most of the people use directories.... Very less use keywords or Google search.

I agree with the point of "C.Rebecca", if there is less competition then its very easy to get Ranking for average site. And if they have some suitable words in their title and content than also they will get the Ranking very easily.

Keep a cache keyword and use that...............
